The phrase "treat your body like a temple" is something I always preach because seriously, you only get one body to live in, so take care of it! Routine maintenance and daily care can do wonders for the skin, body and mind.

Receiving a facial at least 3-5 times a year can really improve you skin's health and elasticity. It will also significantly decrease your stress and release any built up tensions your body naturally stores in the shoulders. The key is within the Ayurveda massage.
